Episode 3 - Punishment, How It Affects Our Kids

Is punishment your way of correcting your child's behaviour?  Punishment does damage to our kids.  As a High School Counsellor, I have many conversations with my teenage students about how punishment has affected their feelings about themselves.  Punishment changes how a child feels about him/herself.  It damages our children internally and they carry this pain into their adult lives.  Learn a new way to change our kids' behaviour.
