In this 9 week program, I will help you to heal, gain confidence in your parenting and foster healthy relationships with your kids. You will learn how to become more self-aware, how to connect better, and ways to communicate that touches your child’s heart. I have helped many parents over the years as a high school counsellor and teacher and I am also the mother of two boys, age 23 and 13. Masterful Parenting

You are not alone, believe me. I too have carried pain from my childhood and I have struggled to be the parent I wanted to be. And parenting can be difficult at times. In the Masterful Parenting Program that runs for 8 weeks, I will help you become the parent you want to be. You will know how to heal from your own childhood, become more self-aware, learn how to connect better, and ways to communicate that touches your child's heart and ultimately have a healthy relationship with your child.
