Through my journey I went from depression, raising two little boys in an abusive partnership, frightened and insecure, with little to no hope for a bright future, to leaving the toxic relationship, creating a supportive enviroment for me and my boys, discovering new strenghts and confidence within me to build a life I can love, and help others forward to do the same.
