As a Certified Mental Wellness Coach with Amare Global: The Mental Wellness Company, she draws from over 16 years of experience in health and wellness to pursue her mission of empowering and supporting families.

Inspired by the life-changing improvements she saw in her own family, she is committed to sharing the science behind the powerful connection between the gut and the brain.

She believes that by addressing our children's nutritional and physiological needs, we can support their emotional balance, enhance their focus, and help them feel more calm and resilient in everyday life.
