I came from dysfunction, trauma, and abuse. I didn’t know what was healthy. Over the years, as a school counsellor, and mom of two, I learned what is healthy and how to be healthy with my own children. There’s a better way to parent where you feel good and so do your children. This way can replace the old patterns so you can nurture healthy relationships with your kids. This is relational parenting. This is what I teach parents. Hi, I’m Anne Alvares, Parent Coach of the Masterful Parenting Program. In this 9 week program, I will help you to heal, gain confidence in your parenting and foster healthy relationships with your kids. You will learn how to become more self-aware, how to connect better, and ways to communicate that touches your child’s heart. My name is Chris Murray, and I'm a single Father coach teaching the IMPORTANCE of "inner-child" bonding, AWARENESS behind excessive screen-time, and emotional immersion unto your child/children's psychological, physical and Spiritual attends.
From being in a FORCED situation due to my Son losing his Mummy to Covid-19, and parenting across generations-which presents many complexities and much conflict-I knew that the pressure was ON to come through for my Son.
In ADDITION to parenting across generations, there is also the "age discrepancies" with my Son being 6, his Nan 72 and me at 37 years of age respectively.
But I KNEW that I had to find a WAY for my Son as a man, and as his Father.
After a LOT of trail and error surrounding the situation, I have now MASTERED the ART of playfulness, attentiveness and self-control to ensure that my Son and his Father has an enriching and nourishing BOND.
It's my wish to help out other parents and their children to forge a much more DEEPER connection of authenticity, purity and LOVE.
